If you’re wondering where to even start in preparing for your pregnancy and birth, booking a one on one call is a great first step.
During our one-on-one birth coaching call, we will:
Discuss your goals for your birth (and talk about your options if you don’t know what your choices are)
Dive into why those goals are important to you
Unpack your fears about pregnancy and birth
Give you topics to research during pregnancy which may include postpartum preparation, newborn care, breastfeeding, pumping, etc.
Create an action plan for achieving your goals
Find answers to any questions you have
Private coaching sessions are scheduled in one hour increments and can be virtual via Zoom, or in person if you are local to Hampton Roads.
Price per session is $50.
*One-on-one coaching sessions are included complimentary in birth doula packages.
